How to Unlock Vidmaster Challenge: Deja Vu: 6 Steps

Halo 3:ODST has 3 vidmaster challenges that are somewhat difficult to achieve. However when you have unlock all 7 vidmasters from halo 3 and halo 3:odst, you are rewarded with the covenant recon armor. This article is meant to give you pointers on vidmaster challenge: Deja Vu
STEPS

GRAB YOUR TEAM MATES -ALTHOUGH HAVING PEOPLE IS WHO KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING. You can easily achieve Deja Vu with just about anyone, it just takes dedication.

SET YOUR SETTINGS- TO ACHIEVE VIDMASTER:Deja Vu, you must complete the level coastal highway with 4 people on legendary with iron skull on. AND without using warthog or Scorpion. However you CAN use mongooses and ghosts.

START PLAYING- THE FIRST PART IS YOUR BASIC FIGHT KILL THE BRUTES, GRUNTS AND JACKALS, MAKE THE TOWER ONE OF YOUR PRIORITIES, MOVE ON AFTER COMPLETE.

REACH THE HIGHWAY- DO NOT STEP IN THE WARTHOG BUCK IS IN, THIS WILL VOID THE ACHIEVEMENT, SO WILL OTHER WARTHOGS AND TANKS. Start by walking on the bridge. There should be a tunnel on the highway leading to mongooses and rockets.

FIGHT THROUGH EACH SECTION OF THE HIGHWAY- FIGHT YOUR WAY THROUGH EACH SECTION. Some will have ghosts and will have banshees, wraiths and infantry. Once you get to the part where the scrab shoots the elephant, you're near the end of the highway.

HOLD YOUR POSITION- AFTER YOU GET OFF YOUR GOOSES, YOU MUST HOLD A BUILDING THAT LOOKS LIKE A ENTRANCE TO A ZOO. Health packs are here along with weapons, although keep the launcher. This step is simply a cakewalk, since you have rockets just hose down the infantry. Watch for the wraiths on the highway. After that your friendly phantom will come and pick you up.
TIPS
Some sections of highway are best taken out on foot rather then in mongooses
When you first reach the first tunnel on the highway (the ones with mongooses and rockets) and being the nice people that they are, bungie has given the rocket launchers 998 ammo. That's right you have 998 rockets to use. so don't be afraid to start hosin' them covenant. but watch for friendly fire.
BE SURE THAT after you complete a section your team stops in the covered section before entering the next one. this provides you a checkpoint.
Ghosts and wraiths and fuel-rod gunners are your most concern, take em out first.
After you reach a section and before you go into a new one, there is always a covered section before you go into a new section. these covered sections have health packs and extra mongooses.
If one of your team mates makes a mistake don't start freaking out, everyone makes mistakes and aren't perfect, and neither are you. you can always try again from a checkpoint.
Don't get frustrated there's a reason the vidmaster in ODST are hard, all you need is self-dedication and communication between your team.
WARNINGS
Remember iron skull is on, if one person dies you restart from last checkpoint.
The elephant CAN die and results in you failing the level.
Never put down your team, this results in arguments, rage-quitting and ultimately your team losing the level.
If you even step in a warthog or scorpion, you VOID the vidmaster for that game session, and you must restart the level.
This vidmaster along with endure, is a test of patience and communication.
Make sure you have time for the vidmaster, everyone HATES. when someones says "i got to go guys sorry." if you dont the time dont waste the time of others.
An intense freakout or joy may occur when completing this vidmaster
